Pacific Street Development Opens its Doors!

This spring, we opened the doors to our newest supportive housing development, 2425 Pacific Street. Located in East New York, the building offers 236 units of permanent supportive and affordable housing, with priority given to mothers and children exiting the shelter system. Former Arbor Inn family shelter director Zakia Pendarvis and former assistant director of Navy Green supportive housing Tamika Harris serve as Director and Deputy Director, respectively.

2425 Pacific Street has many amenities for residents, including a large community room, playgrounds for older and younger children, a community garden, barbeque space, a children’s reading and activity room, indoor gym, bike storage, laundry facilities, and more.

Thank you to our partners Alembic Community Development and Love Fellowship Tabernacle, along with Mega Contracting, for their collaboration on this impactful project.
