This Spring BCHS’ Brooklyn Gardens housing development will have a newly refurbished outdoor seating and garden area, thanks to generous pro bono efforts by Baxt/Ingui Architects and Monadnock Construction.

Beautiful bluestone and pavers were installed in a large garden area in the back of the Brooklyn Gardens courtyard, along with new plantings and custom made benches.  Additional modifications were made so the garden area would be even more accessible for residents and staff.  The result is a lush and peaceful space that will be used for picnics, play and memorial events.
